The discount value i can write to the some file of component CSVI manually only for export time. (This is a temporary solution).You can do that by editing the productexport.php file. If you look at the file productexport.php in the administrator/components/com_csvivirtuemart/models, you will see a section called product_with_discount, you can change the calculation there to include your shopper group discount.
