Looking for a useful answer?

Read this first and make sure you checked all steps: www.csvimproved.com/frequently-asked-questions/635-troubleshooting-import-errors

Don't just say it doesn't work but describe in detail what is happening and add the following information:
* VirtueMart version
* CSVI version (Latest is not a version number)
* Sample of the file being imported
* Collected debug information

Without this information you won't get a useful answer. If no debug log is attached, you will get a request to post it.

Where to get the debug information?

A tutorial (www.csvimproved.com/frequently-asked-questions/390-how-to-collect-debug-information) has been written to help you collect your debug information. For CSVI 3, there is a video available (www.csvimproved.com/downloads/file/18-collect-debug-information)

How does the XML file look like? Depending on the structure I can tell you if you can import it or not.
Kind regards,

Excellent Component, features & support
5 stars
I have used the full/pro versions of CSVI for a few years now & I would recommend it to anybody with a virtuemart site or site where you may need to import anything else.
Not only does it work brilliantly for Virtuemart Stores, but there are also other standard templates for AWO EZ Reality, K2 AUP, Joomla Articles, Users and lots more.
If its not already set up, you can also use the custom field settings & the developer Roland is always on hand providing excellent support and solutions to your CSV related problems.

Roland has helped me out on many occasions with basic CSV stuff and more complicated bespoke CSVi templates.

It's awesome - Really & will save you hours manually inputting products, articles, coupons, etc.

Try the free version & if you like it buy the Pro version as it's easily worth the price you pay.
