Don't just say it doesn't work but describe in detail what is happening and add the following information:
* VirtueMart version
* CSVI version (Latest is not a version number)
* Sample of the file being imported
* Collected debug information

Without this information you won't get a useful answer. If no debug log is attached, you will get a request to post it.

I resolved by updating csvi as you told me.

Your image path is not set either. Do this on the Path tab. The file_url should look like example.jpg and the file_url_thumb resized/example.jpg

Hi,
I need help with remote imageg:
tried to put in the csv file a remote link (e.g. www.informaticaperte.it/proto_evoluzione/FOTO/ipt_5QRW_1.jpg) however also if te process is ok the products aren't showing any image.
Can I put in the file_url and in the file_url_thumb a remote image link or not?

I can't afford to upload all the images, I need to link them remotely

I have a similar problem trying to import some images files, my import template has

product_sku
product_files_file_published
product_files_file_title
product_files_file_description
product_files_file_url
file_is_image
file_extension

The CSV file example:
~TG3000/A~^~Y~^~TG3000/A- Camara Olympus TG3000 12 Mpx Zoom 3.6x A Prueba de Agua Azul~^~~^~http://myurl.com/components/com_virtuemart/shop_image/product/TG3000-A-02.jpg~^~1~^~jpg~

The Path is right, the Image tab have
Process Image: Yes
Save images on server: Yes
Automatic thumbnail creation: Yes

But nothing happen when I apply the import, the product still without image.

I purchased CSVI Pro some time ago. My shop with over 25000 items will be on the run soon. I had a few questions to developers and support was very friendly, though I am not a big master in web-programming. Without CSVI Pro it would never happen.
