Don't just say it doesn't work but describe in detail what is happening and add the following information:
* VirtueMart version
* CSVI version (Latest is not a version number)
* Sample of the file being imported
* Collected debug information
Without this information you won't get a useful answer. If no debug log is attached, you will get a request to post it.
Where to get the debug information?

 Joomla version: Joomla! 1.5.0 Production/Stable Seenu ]8-February-2008 22:00 GMT VM version: 1.1.0 RC2 CSVI version: 0.8 beta 5 CSV or XLS: CSV My problem is: I have error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined method CsviSupportedFields::FieldsProductTypeXref() in /home/wwwusers/tkprostor/public_html/htdocs/administrator/components/com_csvimproved/classes/import/csvi_class_producttypenames_import.php on line 50 I have this message while importing data with "Product type names import" template. This is my csv-file: ~product_sku~^~product_type_name~ ~903087026469~^~Door furniture~ |
