Background information
Templates are used to store preferences for repeated usage so the settings don't have to be created on every import or export.

Creating a template
Since a template is a collection of import or export settings, we must first specify our settings. Here we go:
- Look at Options
- Select Import or Export
- Select component
- Select Operation
- Click Go and now the available settings for this particular import or export are shown.
- Go through each tab and set the settings you like
- Now you are done with customizing your import or export settings click on Save as new
- Give your template a name

- Click on OK
- Your template is saved for later use
Updating a template
- Select the template from the dropdown menu
- Click on Open
- The template details are now loaded and shown
- Make the necessary adjustments to your settings
- Click on Save
- The template is saved with the new settings
Loading a template
- Select the template from the dropdown menu
- Click on Open
- The template details are now loaded and shown
Deleting a template
- Select the template from the dropdown menu
- Click on Remove
- Click on OK to confirm that you want to delete the template
- The template is now deleted
Cloning a template
- Select the template from the dropdown menu
- Click on Open
- The template details are now loaded and shown
- Make the necessary adjustments to your settings
- Click on Save as new
- Give your template a name
- Click on OK
- Your template is now cloned with the new settings
