This is a special field used for export templates. The field is used for adding columns that are not available from the system. For example when creating a product export that needs to contain the accepted payment methods, there is no field available for accepted payments. The custom field can be added to the template with a column header filled in for example as "accepted_payments" and the field value as "Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Money order".
